Max Associates was pleased to hear about the progress of the South Holland Health and Wellbeing Hub and was delighted to have supported its development.

South Holland is one of the most inactive places in England and residents are suffering from high obesity rates. Our team provided guidance on the most suitable activity mix, facility design and revenue business planning, ensuring affordability and sustainability.

It’s inspiring to see this project moving forward to deliver outstanding facilities that will enhance the health and wellbeing of the local community. And we are proud to continue our partnership with South Holland District Council, supporting the client team in the operator procurement to manage this exciting new centre.
