Max Associates and Leisure-net Solutions 53KM Walking Challenge

On the 25th June, Lisa Forsyth, Kirsty Winders and Claire Elkin from Max-Associates were joined by Mike Hill and David Monkhouse from Leisure-net Solutions (not forgetting Kirsty’s husband Lee!) to take on the first half of the Cotswolds Way Challenge. 53KM through the Cotswolds to raise money for Motor Neuron Disease. We are pleased to say that 5 out of the 6 completed the 53K with Claire having to retire just after the quarter mark. The first half is no stroll in the park, not only walking 53K in a day but also dealing with 1,600m elevation, steep uphills, steeper downhills, sheep, cows, horses, wind and rain! The team are immensley proud of their achievement and have also raised, to date, £3,346. We are incredibly grateful to everyone that has donated and sent such kind messages.
