About Kirsty, our Assistant Director.
BSc (Hons) Sport & Exercise Science.
Kirsty has delivered a range of projects from leisure centre feasibility studies to management options appraisals and Council-wide leisure and wellbeing strategies. Having worked for one of the UK’s leading leisure management companies she has operational experience and has knowledge of the private sector and current industry trends in relation to bidding for local authority contracts. Her business development experience gives Kirsty a strong commercial proficiency, having reviewed and provided financial and quality business plans for numerous leisure contracts across the UK.
Outside of work Kirsty is actively involved in her daughters’ gymnastics club and loves to get out walking, she has participated in two ultra-marathon walks for charity and has more planned for the future.
