Max Associates Supports Team Behind Major DBOM Contract for Basingstoke Leisure Investment

Max Associates supported the team responsible for procuring a DBOM (Design, Build, Operate and Maintain) contract that will deliver a significant new leisure facility for residents in Basingstoke.

The project will also secure ongoing investment in the Tadley Health and Fitness Centre, helping to strengthen leisure provision and support healthier communities across the borough.

Alongside the development, work will continue to progress the Active Wellbeing Strategy, which places people and participation at the centre of future service delivery. The strategy adopts a holistic approach aimed at improving community health outcomes and encouraging greater engagement in physical activity.

This initiative represents an important step in enhancing local leisure infrastructure while ensuring long-term investment in services that support community health and wellbeing.
