Carlisle City Council appoints Max Associates to develop a strategic delivery model for additional indoor sports and leisure facilities at the existing Sands Centre

Max Associates will work to develop a Sport England compliant Strategic Delivery Model that will support an application by the City Council to Sport England for Strategic Facilities Funding. This model will be founded on the strategic priorities for the local area with a particular focus on how a new indoor facility can meet the wider physical activity and health outcomes.
