Procurement Project, South Derbyshire District Council
Max Associates was commissioned to undertake a strategic outcomes review of sport and physical activity for South Derbyshire District Council. Part of the review was a contract review and future management options appraisal aligned to the leisure centre investment strategy. Following the completion of the management options appraisal, Max Associates was commissioned to produce a procurement strategy.
Procurement Project, Sevenoaks District Council
Max Associates undertook a procurement project to assess the most suitable management solution for the Council's two main leisure centres, Sevenoaks Leisure Centre and Edenbridge Leisure Centre.
Procurement Project, Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead
Max Associates was commissioned to undertake an options appraisal for the future management of six Council owned and joint use leisure centres.

Management Options Appraisal Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council
In 2022 Max Associates was commissioned to complete a management options appraisal for leisure facilities in the Council area.
Telford & Wrekin Council Sports & Leisure Strategy
Max Associates was appointed to deliver a new Indoor Sports & Leisure Strategy 2022-2032 to provide a framework to ensure that the Council’s indoor sports and leisure provision is able to further increase community physical activity levels and to continue to meet current and future demands.
Hyndburn Leisure Trust – Strategic Outcomes Planning Model
Further to producing an initial scoping report, Max Associates was commissioned by Hyndburn Council to develop a full Strategic Outcomes Planning Model (SOPM).
Cotswold District Council – Leisure and Culture Procurement
Max Associates developed with the Council and stakeholders, the Active Cotswolds Strategy. To support its delivery, we undertook a leisure management options appraisal, to determine the most suitable delivery model, which would achieve the best outcomes for residents within the reducing financial budget the Council had for the services. This led to the re-procurement of both tenders.
